Boxing for cross- training
Not that Marcin Gortat is similar to Lebron James, but he is definitely a valuable player on the Orlando Magic's bench. In the off- season, he does boxing to improve on his conditioning--- especially his upper body strength and foot speed. What sport do you play? Basketball? Soccer? Football? Tennis? Hockey?
